Legacy Stories – Chapter 4

🎥 Meet Jia-Ying Guan, TEC GEN 1.0 student and Legacy Groupe DVTM for Paris 2024.

In this fourth chapter of Legacy Stories, we want to share Jia-Ying’s inspiring success story. She is originally from Taiwan and currently lives in Switzerland. A few months ago, she decided to change the direction of her professional career from science to sport events.

Jia-Ying joined TEC GEN 1.0 intending to learn more about the field of sport event technology and develop new skills. Thanks to her dedication and passion she got the opportunity to work as a DVTM (Deputy Venue Technology Manager) with Legacy Groupe for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Isn’t this an incredible leap?

We know how difficult it is to decide to transition careers. Especially when you have specialised in one field for many years and then you become interested in exploring other paths, other directions and interests you may have.

We are proud that TEC GEN has been an enriching step for her and has opened a door in her professional life.

She tells us more about her experience in this video!
